Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all photography services provided by Keijo Lehtimäki Photography, based in Kuusamo, Finland.

Photography sessions are booked in advance via email or contact form.

A booking is confirmed once the details (date, time, and location) have been agreed upon.

Payment details will be agreed upon before the session.

Prices may vary depending on duration, conditions, and specific requests.

Plans can change — that’s understandable.

Please inform as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

In case of extreme weather conditions (such as heavy cloud cover affecting Northern Lights visibility), sessions can be rescheduled when possible.

Photography sessions, especially Northern Lights sessions, depend on weather and natural conditions.

While I will always aim to find the best possible conditions, specific results (such as visible aurora) cannot be guaranteed.

Edited photos will be delivered digitally after the session.

Delivery time will be communicated individually.

Client photos are private and will not be used publicly without permission.

If permission is granted, images may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Keijo Lehtimäki Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, such as weather, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
